I’m starting MC for the first time tomorrow. I’ve read the book and I’m ready to start the cleansing. Can anyone please share their thoughts with me regarding the ingredients to prepare for the MC.

I went to my local whole foods market. I bought the grade b maple syrup, the smooth move tea, a bottle of Santa Cruz Organic Lemon juice (not from concentrate). Is the lemon juice I bought ok to use vs the lemons you would typically squeeze yourself? Thank you.

  • I just finished my 21 days of MC, let me tell you I feel great, I agree with Elena I think better I make better choices about eating don't have the urge of eating aythin in the kitchen, the first 3 days or 5 days was the hardest and also need
    willpower to do this, to my experience I learn to say no to any of those bad choices of food I clean my intestinee piston also lost 18 pounds .I'm thinking of doing everything send but I heard from other people that is not good any advice . but right now I feel great. any questions you can email me .

    Does it need to stay refrigerated when not being used?

    Also, do the lemons need to stay unrefrigerated after purchasing them?

  • When you finish the 10 days on the MC diet and you slowly start to prepare your body for a normal diet you mention avoiding meat and milk. In regards to the meat, do you mean red meat or would that include chicken also? How about fish?

  • Hi: No sure if this has been address before but I have a question about the effect of the acidity of the lemonade on dental health. I have noticed that my teeth are more sensitive when I have doing the master cleanse. I have started doing a very mild sodium bicarbonate rinse and spit after each glass of lemonade. Raylen can your address this issue?

  • Im on my 3rd day today & this is my second time doing the cleanse. I did it in January also and I've never dieted in my life until now & let me tell you i will probably do this every season. I've never been obese but couldnt get rid of those last unwanted lbs after my second child & let me tell you it worked! I felt lots of energy & worked out almost every day during my cleanse. I lost 9 lbs total! My abs are flatter & my thighs are leaner! Also it helped me make better choices when i grocery shop now. Like no more white pasta, rice or bread for example, and lots more fruit and veggies. Your mind just changes gear & knows what your body needs after a cleanse. If you're getting headaches you need to drink more of the lemonade & water & yes, make sure Maple Syrup is grade B. Anyway, if anyone is doubtful of this cleanse dont be because it really does work! I will be doing it at least 3 to 4 time a year now. Makes you feel & look great! Changed my way of thinking & makes you feel more positive. I appreciate good food & my life now more than ever. Im always thankful for the natural things God gives us.

    i know you've been saying how its most important to use grade b maple syrup, and if you like you can use grade a or c. Well we had NO grade b, c, or a at any shopping centre near anywhere. So.. i used premium grade maple... i have no idea what that means but, its naturally organic and it says its 100% pure, so will it still work? ive been on it for three days now, i havnt weighed myself, but i think its working. Im only on day three so i dont feel energetic, and ive been experiancing headaches lately - but thats a side affect so its ok.
