3 Tips For Doing The Master Cleanse

Hey guys!! Congratulations to everyone who has initiated/ is doing the cleanse. This is my second time. I’m on day 5 and Ive lost 7 lbs!!! I’m used to eating fatty foods and my desire for all salt and sugar is completely gone!! It’s a little easier for me this time around. I have 3 tips for anyone currently doing the cleanse that helped make it easier for me
– take the cayenne pepper all at once with a bit of the mix so that you don’t have to mix it with your lemonade– this made it so much better for me
– freeze half of your mix so that you can eat it. Helps to eliminate the thought of food in the first days.
– DEFINITELY take the salt water flush with hot water. This helps to eliminate the gag reflex and kinda reminds me of soup.

  • I FOUND EVERYTHING I NEEDED FOR THIS CLEANSE AT KROGER. THE SALT WATER COCKTAIL IN THE MORNING IS AWFUL SO I SUGGEST YOU PUT SOME LEMONS OR LIMES IN THERE WITH IT SO YOU CAN STOMACH IT.

  • I have been on this diet for 8 days, I dont do the salt water but I do the Laxative tea, my concern is that my stool movements are far and in between and not solid, can you shed some light?
