Today I got a question asking to share some stories about what it’s like to so the master cleanse…
Hi Everyone,
I am planning to start the master cleanse on the weekend. I’ve wanted to do it for a long time now and I am really excited, but I’m worried about the liquid bowel movements. I can’t really take any time off work and I wanted to know if you could give me an idea of what to expect. I realise everyone is different but I don’t want to have an accident of exploding diarrhoea at work, I think I would die of embarrassment. Can you share your or others experiences with me please, I don’t care if it confirms my worst fears I just want to be prepared.
Thanks
Kathryn
Hi Kathryn,
A while back I invited all my Master Cleanse newsletter subscribers to join me on the master cleanse. I set a blog where everyone could follow along and share their experience as we did a 10 day cleanse together.
I think you’ll find the stories that were shared helpful, this link will take you to the blog – master cleanse journal

all kinds of cleansing systems out there. I prefer Isagenix, but I have tried others. Good luck everybody and good health to all!!

I was just wondering why there is a minimum of 10 days? Why not one week?
Thanks
Robyn
Hi all, I started the master cleans three days ago. Today is my third day and I feel very weak. I could not lift my head from the bed this morning. I am determine to finish the 10 days.
