I found this video, and it should be good for a laugh. Literally!

All kidding aside the simple act of smiling can lift your spirits. Even if your not happy just smiling (or laughing) can brighten your mood.

Next time your down try it, and I bet you’ll feel better.

  1. I am going to become a laughter yoga teacher…the benefits are incredible. I am a massage therapist now and I want to expand my techniques.

  2. I did a class of laughing yoga and it was the best thing I have done for my body as far as working out. I felt so much better after the release of so much laughter.
    I wish there was classes where I live.
