Today I thought I would share with you one of the most overlooked techniques you can use to feel great instantly.
It’s something I do without fail every time I’m at the gym, or staying in a hotel.
I’m talking about taking a sauna or steam bath.
Sweating is one of the ways your body cleanses itself, and there’s no better way to break a good sweat than sitting in the sauna.
Just 10 minutes in the sauna, and your body will release all the nasty toxins that collect below the skin.
Now this process occurs naturally, but by using a sauna you’re putting it in overdrive
and detoxing that might hours will happen in just minutes.
Also, by purifying your body through sweating you are taking the burden off your
bodies other organs like the Liver and Kidney’s that would otherwise have to
filter out all that nasty stuff.
And if that wasn’t enough, breaking a really good sweat in the sauna has been
proven to help lower blood pressure, and it can help sooth arthritis and other
chronic pain.
All those health benefits, and you don’t have to do any work…just sit down, relax,
and let the sauna work its magic. It doesn’t get easier than that!

It sets up in a few minutes and heats up in 5 min. then you are on your way to detoxing quickly! All in your own home. It is also great for people that have SADS in the winter or to just warm the chilled body. Tell then I recommended you if you get one!
