Here’s a question about keeping the weight you lose on the master cleanse off…
Its my first day on the MC!! Its my 2nd time since the first time I gave up after the third day…
I now know what is in store and really ask for support through this. I lost 5 pounds during those 3 days and went from 55kg to 50kg. I hope to lose more weigh, but not too much…
Also, can anyone assist me I am really worried the weight will creep up afterwords… I am 19 and underweight BMI and i am worried that by doing the MC it will slow down my metabolism and then even when i do come round to eating raw fruit and vegetables… I will still put on the weight-its not permanent. I am worried that my system will go hay-wire and pile on those pounds plus more! The body is not functioned to work this way, apparently, and will ‘adjust’ back to the pre-detox weight…
Any advise… (I was thinking of doing this for about 5 days and then easing out and eating only fruit and vegetables… can someone help me please. Much appreciated.Thank you! good luck to all
To make sure the weight you lose doesn’t creep back it’s very important that you don’t jump back into poor eating habits. Your plan to ease off the cleanse by eating fruits and vegetables is fantastic and something that I recommend. Most people also find that after the master cleanse they are energized and care more about their health which makes it the perfect time to start a workout routine if you’re not already doing so. If the thought of running on a treadmill for hours a week makes you cringe look into yoga, kickboxing, dance class, or something outdoors.
