Hi, I am 100% dedicated to following this program…if the results are 100%. is their guaranteed weight loss where its worth to endure this diet also i have been feeling fatigued alot lately,will this make me more energized and less groggy?

Answer:

There’s no way for me to guarantee you’ll lose weight with the Master Cleanse, but what I can tell you is that most people do lose a couple pounds, and in some cases a significant amount of weight. Most people also find they eat less after doing the Master Cleanse, and that they no longer crave unhealthy foods, which is a big help if  you’ve been struggling to lose weight.

As far as feeling energized goes, it’s common to feel a little bogged down during the cleanse as your body is dealing with the stress of the detox process, but the majority of people experience a big energy boost after they finish the Master Cleanse.

  • I agree any diet is just a tool, you have to control the tool to make it work the best way you can.

  • I have done the Master Cleanse lots of times and have enjoyed the results (not really the process but the results). I just started again earlier this week, and am currently on day 5. The salt water flush is the hardest part for me. I actually learned a trick that has made it easier for me. I put the 2 t. salt in 8 oz water and chase it with 24 oz of plain water, which helps but it's still hard. Would it be possible to encapsulate the 2 t. of sea salt instead of drinking it in solution? Would it dissolve in time to get the same results?

    Also, is it safe to use Agave during the cleanse?
