Filtered water and body detoxification go hand in hand. If you’re trying to flush waste out of your body it only makes sense that you drink water that doesn’t have chemicals, or any other types of contamination.
At the bare minimum you should drink at least eight glass of water on a day. My advice is to try and consume your body weight in ounces of water every day. The water should be clean and most importantly filtered. If you don’t already own a quality water filter I suggest picking up a Aquasana water filter. I have the faucet and shower filter and couldn’t live without either one.
After seeing how gross the filter is when I change it I can confidently say the a quality water filter is a must for anyone who cares about what they put into their body.
Here’s some tips for making sure you get enough water:
a) Develop a habit of drinking water. Try to have a glass every two hours.
b) Make it convenient. Don’t have an excuse of not drinking water? Keep water bottles at strategic places such as inside the car, next to your bed, desk, computer and television.
c) You can also consider flavoring your water by adding lime, lemon, or other fruit juice in it
d) Understand that your body tends to dehydrate without making you realize it. Most people think they need to drink water only if they are thirsty but that’s not the case. In order to keep yourself hydrated, drink clean, filtered water whether you are thirsty or not.
e) The best advice I can give you is to replace just about every other beverage you drink with water, especially soda.

I'm a college student and am really not able to afford any kind of water treatment filter. Plus even if I ordered it, I have no where that it could be sent to. Is there some other way to get filtered water or will it still work with bottled water if I have no other option?
Can I use distilled water?
I cant afford a water filter.
is there a cheaper alternative?
Do you recommend filtered water over bottled water or the sterilized water?
