I\u2019m a 40 year old woman and I came across your website while searching for different detox or cleansing diets. I had the word diet because none that I have ever tried has worked for me. I was always lucky and had a great body that bounced back from almost anything I did to it or put in it. I was very active and usually ate well. Chocolate and coffee is my downfall. I had a baby at 39 and gained 38 pounds with him. My first was in my twenties so no problem loosing the weight. I have tried just about everything and have exercised to the point of passing out but still no weight loss results.<\/p>\n
Then I found you\u2026. I wanted to change not only eating habits but my outlook on food. I\u2019ve accepted that my body has and will change with time, but I want it to be as graceful as possible. I am on day 8 of the master cleanse and have lost a total of 14 pounds! I thought I was going to be hungry but just the opposite and when I feel fatigue, I know its time to drink the lemonade and then I feel great again. Because of the amount of coffee I used to drink, I did have a headache the first 2 days but I really dont miss it like I thought I would. There were a few aches and pains but those left as quickly as they came.<\/p>\n
I\u2019m glad I found you and I look forward to exiting the cleanse. One of the biggest things I have learned on this, is that I ate not because I was hungry but because I wanted the taste of food. Its truly amazing how your body can not only adapt like a lightening flash, but once it knows your mind is made up actually look forward to what you put it through.<\/p>\n
