As I sat down at my computer to get some work done I thought I would hop over to YouTube for a quick dose of humor to get me going. Before I knew it an hour had gone by, but I came across a video that all you parents out there might find helpful if you’re looking for a ways to keep your kids shape.
The kid in this video lost over a 100 pounds!
This is good for the young, and the young at heart (video games are a corner stone of his workout regimen).
It’s great to see a young man like this make such a dramatic change for the better in his life, if you know if anyone who’s having trouble “convincing” their kid to eat better and exercise be sure to send them to this blog post.

Omg he didn't starve hisself stop freaking he was active cut back on fatty food ands ate balanced healthy meals WHiCH IS RECOMMEND and it's almost impossible to go through life without tasty food so if you had to pick diet soda or regular go with diet and sugar vs sweet & low go with sweet and low People are Gina eat it t might ad well be the healthy one

Is this a joke? Teenagers should never starve themselves, agreed this kids over doing the junk food but you are taking them from one exteme to the other. Ear 7 helpings of fruits and vegetables, work out and your skin ll glow and you will look lean and healthy!

That kid is consuming SO much aspartame! No one should drink diet pops, or use sweet 'n low and splenda or whatever, they're full of chemicals and are just not good things to put into your body. Just google it and you'll find lots of disturbing information about them. Personnally, I find that if I eat a tic tac or anything with aspartame in it (Which I haven't for a long time, except in case of an emergency like terrible breath before a meeting.) I get a headache. The stuff I've read about artificial sweeteners is just scary, and I stay away from them pretty much all the time.
