It seems like all you hear today is people telling you what not to eat. Everyone has a long list of foods that are bad for you, but no one mentions that there are tons of foods that are very good for you.

So today I wanted to share this video I found on Youtube talking about Superfoods.

If you like this video, and want to find out more about how you can eat yourself healthy with the best of the best nature has to offer my Superfoods book reveals dozens of little known Superfoods. • Top of the day ... Went on the cleanse for three days but had to stop because my sugar went up to over 200 and my blood pressure upt to 194 over 115 .... Before I had it down to: sugar 135 and blood pressure 134 over 78 ..... What can a dibetic do? I will say the result of three days took away my desire of meat ... been eating about 70% all veggies or vegan ...

  • I agree with Gary. Some things that are good for us when they start out RAW are changed up significantly when processed. I have love Stevia before it was FDA approved to be sold in the states but one has to be careful that the molecular stucture is not changed by processing.

  • Where I am I cannot find organic grade b maple syrup. I got organic honey instead. Is there any difference?

  • I want to order the hoodia but the website that is given in the program can only be ordered from within the u.s. Is there any our website where I can order the real thing, and that can ship to Asia

  • I was getting ready to go on the first day of a fast today. It was supposed to be only a one day fast, but if I follow this videos suggestions, I may be able to do it longer without any problems. I like a lot of the foods they mention. I enjoyed it a lot, lots of info. Thanks for posting!

  • How can you call agave necter a super food. It is nothng more that high fructose corn syrup made from agave instead of corn. According to Wikipedia "The juice is filtered, then heated to hydrolyze polysaccharides into simple sugars. The main polysaccharide is called inulin or fructosan and comprises mostly fructose units. " "Agave nectar consists primarily of fructose and glucose. One source gives 92% fructose and 8% glucose; another gives 56% fructose and 20% glucose. These differences, it is presumed, reflect variation from one vendor of agave nectar to another." It is just another highly processed product that has been chemically changed. It is really no longer agave. It does not deserve the label you gave it. YUK!
