My how time flies.
I just looked, and it turns out I’ve been posting to this blog since December of 2006. I started this blog as a way to help spread the word about the amazing benefits of the Master Cleanse, and to help those who do try the cleanse succeed.
And by looking at the many touching comments left by those who’ve had their lives changed by doing the Master Cleanse I think this blog has been of some help. Of course it’s each persons strength, determination, and desire to change that deserves most of the credit, I feel I just whispered in their ear that there was a way to make some really amazing changes in a short period of time – it’s called the Master Cleanse.
Since this blog came to life there have been a few posts that have caught the attention of the good people who visit this blog. A few of the more popular posts are:
- Tips for eliminating waste on the Master Cleanse – Some times the elimination of waste doesn’t go according to plan when you start the master cleanse. This post shares some tips to help the process along
- Stevia vs. the FDA – This continues to be one of the most talked about posts I’ve ever shared. It’s about a little known natural sweetener called stevia that has zero calories and does not come with the toxic side effects of artificial sweeteners, yet is banned by the FDA. Be sure to read the comments left by readers on this post
- After the Master Cleanse – Here I shared some advice about what to do after the master cleanse
- Master Cleanse side effects – The side effects of the Master Cleanse can hit you like a ton of bricks, this post will show you how to reduce them
- Finding grade b maple syrup – Where to buy grade b maple syrup for the Master Cleanse lemonade is the number one question I get asked. This post will help you track it down.
I really do enjoy helping people with the Master Cleanse, and I will continue to answer as many questions as I can. I do however feel that most of the questions you might have are already answered here on this blog, or my main website.
That’s why I would like to ask you – what interests you besides the Master Cleanse?
I really enjoy sharing information about things like the sweetener stevia because you’ll never hear about it in the main stream media. I’m also a strong supporter of nutritional supplements, and have seen almost every aspect of my life improve since I started taking a combination of quality supplements.
Is this something you would be interested in hearing more about?
Let me know! I really want to help.

Hi, Raylen,
I am so excited to start the Master Cleanse, and would like to know more about the Stevia. (I have some but it seems like the FDA or powers to be don't want us to know about it and the camp is divided on whether to use it or not.) Also, ordered through your site the Master Cleanse Secrets and two guides online yesterday morning (36+ hrs ago) to download, and the transaction went through, but I never got them in my In Box!!! :( I have even been checking my Spam Box - no luck. This is the only way I know to contact you (I hope) because the contact information and Pay Pal are not getting back to me yet about the transaction. I want to get started with my pre-preparation that you talk about in the Secrets book but don't have it...frustrating!!!
Would appreciate advice - what should I do??
I have a couple of questions. I started the cleanse and lasted 2 days. The hunger was just to much. I since have ordered some Hoodia. If I weren't so starving this diet is a breeze! Anyway while on it.My stomach was very boated and this most I did was urinate every 20 minutes. Other then that no other "cleansing" took place. Any ideas on how to cure the boated feeling? I will do the fresh fruit & veggies and replace lunch with the lemonade until my Hoodia comes. As long as that cures my hunger it's full steam ahead. I'm going on Holiday end of July meeting my fiancé in Germany (he's in Iraq). My goal is to look as "HOT" as possible! I have about 30 lbs to lose. Doubt I can do that in the next 6 weeks but I will do my best. I hope this is a good first step.
