Feeling a little sluggish after a big Thanksgiving meal? Me too.
It’s nice every once in a while to not fret and fuss over what you eat. But Thanksgiving is over and we’ve got Christmas right around the corner which means lots of holiday eating and in addition to the presents under the tree you can easily find yourself with an extra 5 or 10 pounds around your waste line regardless of whether you were naughty or nice all year.

Or you could enjoy yourself and eat what you want and not worry about any extra weight by doing a quick master cleanse now before the holidays get into full swing.
Right now you have about a 2 week window of opportunity to do the master cleanse before all the holiday craziness starts. If you start now you’ll be in such good shape by the holidays that you can go a little overboard with what you eat and not feel guilty about it. I think that’s much better then trying to avoid all the delicious holiday goodies don’t you agree?

I agree with you! I am reviewing the Master Cleanse Secrets right now! I have a question for you. I have a vitamix blender that I use to make shakes. I use the whole fruit so I get better nutrition than a juicer. I'm thinking of using it while I am on the cleanse. I will have added fibre in my diet. The question is will this have a negative effect on the cleanse?
