Well it’s Monday…back to the grind. I hope everyone had a good Easter. Today I want to share another master cleanse success story from Nancy.
I was very skeptical.
My husband was the one to introduce me to the Master Cleanse. I recently lost over 18olbs. through diet and a lot of exercise, but I was struggling with headaches. I went to specialist and was given every sort of migrane medication that was available but nothing worked. I tried the master cleanse and after 2 days the headaches were gone. This was my firt cleanse and I stayed on it for 14 days. I came off the cleanse because I was scheduled for surgery. However, while on the cleanse I felt so alive, alert and full of energy. I maintained my work outs which consisted of 2 hours of both cardio and weight training 2 times a day, 6 days a week, and I felt stronger than ever. I do not know how it worked but it did. I intend to go back on the cleanse tomorrow. I want to purge my body of the drugs that are necessary before and after most surgeries. The only side effect that I have found was that I was continuously cold…but I just threw on a couple of layers and problem solved. I also did not like the taste of cayenne pepper so I by pasted it by taking it in capsule form with my drink and was able to up the dosage. That way I was able to increase the effects of the pepper and enjoy the taste of my lemonade. I also lost the 10 lbs. that I had gain from the medications that were given to me in attempts to rid me of the headaches. So I am back to my ideal weight of 155 lbs. and have less than 10 % body fat.
I have told many people about the cleanse but have warned them that it is not an answer for weight loss. You will loose weight but the weight you loose will find you when you come off unless you are willing to eat smart and exercise.
I love this cleanse.

Hi i started the cleanse last week, lasted two days and then gave up because it was christmas. But now its Boxing Day, I feel like I can start again and last the whole ten days! My gym has been shut but we have a crosstrainer so I am going to run on that for half an hour each day until my gym is open again.
Good luck everyone!
I've never cleansed before, and I'm trying to pump myself up mentally these next 3 days to start the MC on Monday. Getting rid of the not so healthy stuff in my house this weekend, and just soaking up all the information off this blog that I need to pump myself up for this. I've struggled w/ weight since I was 22 yrs. old. I've been up and down for the last 7-8 years. The most weight I've ever lost was 30 lbs. and that was due to a nasty break up. I've never really committed myself to dieting no more then two weeks at a time. Easy for me to gain, and easy for me to lose. Committing myself is the problem. As I said, I tend to give up after two weeks, then easily gain it all back. I'm 31 and weigh 190. I just gained 8 lbs in the last month, and my goal is to be at 140lbs.
While doing this cleanse I do have a few questions:
1) I'll have to do the pepper capsules, b/c I can't stand anything spicy. My question is, How many do I take in one day while doing this cleanse in order to get the recommended dosage?
2) I'm active in sports this summer with two volleyball games a week and 1 softball game. Will being active and exercising cause a problem while doing this cleanse?
Any advice is appreciated.
Thank!
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!
I think you can take the capsule- you will find it at a health food store. I have heard of a lot of people doing that. You have to make sure to take it though because the pepper is very important for the cleanse :)
Today is my first day on the cleanse. I really want this, but I am having trouble with the pepper that is added. Is taking it by capsule ok? If so...where can I find it? Thanks!!
