    What is hard is not the lack of food, but braking my small habits: the sigarette with the collegue, the cofee during the meeting…
    found out that I think that cabbage is a really desirable food at the moment: guess in 9 more days I might have mystical visions 😀

  2. Today is day one for me, I’m a little scared because I don’t know how long I can stick to it, but the more research I do, the more I want to stick to the master cleanse & get results!!

  4. sir, i am student of mechanical engineering…. what all i lack is the consistency, i start something like to study 5 hours a day, but quite it after 4,5 days… start a novel or book but abandon it at amidst… please guide me that sow can i get rid of that bad habbit…

  5. Today is day 5 only lost .2 of a pound since yesterday. I lost now a total of 7.8 pounds. I got some results this morning with the bowels but not what I expected so am phasing out the pyllium husks for now don’t want to get backed up. So back to the main program for a while and the wheatgrass drink but no bulking agent. I feel no hunger can’t believe it. I do chew 1 stick of gum a day just to have the chewing sensation. and just a couple peppermint breath fresheners to give me a different taste.

  6. Day 4 of my very first master cleanse. I can handle the no-solid diet–the lemonade and water are ok. What’s killing me is the salt water flush in the morning–it’s kinda hard for me to handle although I know it’s effective.

    Another thing is the sleeping–i can’t sleep at night and this makes me more depleted during the day. Is this normal? is this because of the hunger? what can help me with this issue? can i take a sleeping aid?
