Finishing the Master Cleanse is like pushing the reset button on your body. It’s not easy, but you’ll feel light and energized when you’re finished.
It’s common to eliminated pounds of waste during when you do the cleanse. What will come out of you is both revolting, and at the same time motivating. Internal waste that’s strikingly different in color, smell, and texture from your normal bowel movements is normal.
But the Master Cleanse is not a “do it once and I’m healthy diet”.
If you go back to your old eating habits after you finish the Master Cleanse you’ll be back to feeling crummy within a month or two.
So what should you do after you finish the Master Cleanse?
You have a couple options depending on your health goals. If you’re trying to slim down, there’s a deceptively simple, and easy to follow plan called Negative Calorie Eating.
Negative Calorie Eating is based on foods that require your body to burn more calories then the food contains when it processes, and digests these special foods.
Your not going to find cake and ice cream on the negative calorie food list – there’s only a few select foods that contain such a small amount of calories that your body requires more calories to digest them then the food contains.
One example of a negative calorie food is cucumber. 1 cup of cucumber is just 16 calories. That’s not very many calories, and when you consider you have to chew, digest, and bring the typically cold cucumber you just ate up to your current body temperature it’s easy to see how your body could expend more then 16 calories – making it a negative calorie situation.
Negative calorie eating is the complete opposite of other diets. With Negative calorie eating the MORE you eat the more calories you burn.
Don’t abuse this…
Because Negative calorie eating is so easy, and the more you eat the better it works you might be tempted to eat just negative calorie foods all day. Don’t. Even though you’re eating negative calorie food, and you won’t be hungry it’s no different then starving yourself.
It’s best to keep eating like you normally do, and only replace some of your daily foods with negative calorie foods.
I know this healthy living stuff can be a drag, but it’s really a lot of fun after you start to feel the results, and see the changes in your body.
By following negative calorie eating you won’t give back everything you gained by doing the master cleanse.

Hello and how are you? I would like to ask some questions about the lemonade diet. I have been fasting for over 20 years now. I mainly use the water only fast which I consider to be really difficult. My first question is: Is the lemonade fast just as cleansing as a water fast?
My second question is: Can other juices be taken on this fast, like orange juice.? If not, why?
My third question is: Can you do this fast and still go to work? I'm a postman on a motorbike by the way. I have found that boredom is the only hurdle when I fast. If I keep myself busy, the fast is easier. I once fasted for 5 days on water only, and went to work. It was the hardest 5 days of my fasting career. Juice fasts are always a lot easier to follow. But I have fasted many many times, I don't suffer dizzy spells or nausea or vomiting like other people do. I just get a little hungry and I become quiet. I don't like the idea of taking laxatives during a fast. Besides, I get watery bowel movements anyway when I fast. It's always difficult during work. I can't keep running to the toilet while I'm working. Thank you very much for your time, and I hope to hear from you real soon. Regards, Mars.
I just have a question. Been on this for a few days, and I'm actually have had less bowel movements than before. What's going on?
