If prepping loads of fruits and veggies, and dealing with the cleanup sounds like a pain – powdered greens might work better for you. Just mix a scoop of green powder with water or juice and you can get most of the health benefits you get from fresh juice.
If you travel, or would enjoy making yourself a healthy drink at work, powdered greens are a better choice than juicing and blending for three reasons:
1) Convenience. Carrying a blender or juicers, and a bushel of fruits and vegetables is not practical
2) Fresh juice and smoothies spoil fast. You can take powdered greens with you and whenever you feel like making yourself a healthy drink, just add liquid and you’re set.
3) It’s cheaper. There’s no expensive device to buy. And a serving of powdered greens costs less than $1 a serving. You can easily spend 4 or 5 times more on fresh juice and smoothies.

I read a recipe by Stanley Burroughs for cataract eye drops. It had apple cider vinegar, distilled water, and honey. I prepared it exactly as written, but it burned in my eyes unbearably, so I quit using it son after I began. It stated that these drops are superior to commercial eye drops, but I don't see how anyone could use them and stand the burning due to the vinegar. Is there a way to lessen or neutralize the burn? And how long (roughly, months) would it take before noticing any type of results for cataracts?
