The Little Thing That Makes a Big Difference In Your Health

One of the questions I get asked a lot is “what’s the simplest thing I can do to improve my health?

Being that these people are looking for something simple it rules out any strict exercise regimens, or drastic changes to their diet.

Nope, they want something they can incorporate into their life right away without much fuss. And with the hectic lives most of lead I don’t blame anyone for looking for the smallest thing that will make the biggest difference in the way they look and feel.

So what do I tell them?

Some people would say take a multi vitamin, and that’s certainly a good thing to do, especially if you’re not getting enough vitamins and minerals in your diet, but that’s not my choice for the simplest thing you can do to improve your health.

The simple thing I advise people to do is install a home water filter.

To be perfectly frank there’s a lot of nasty stuff in city tap water. The short list includes:

  • Chlorine
  • Pesticides
  • Human Feces
  • Lead
  • Industrial Waste

And bottled water (which costs a fortune) is not any different because most of the time it’s just plain old tap water.

After air, water is the most crucial life sustaining element we need, and with the amount of water each of drinks every year even trace amount of contamination can add up and compromise your health!

By installing a water filter you can eliminate 99% of the contamination in your drinking water, and this, in my opinion is the simplest thing you can do to improve your health.

  • I live in South Korea and getting that filter is impossible (mail takes 4-6 weeks to get here) before I start the cleanse. I was wanting to know if there is any type of bottle water that is ok to use seeing how that is all that is available. Also, I am a smoker, I want to quit, but I'm not sure I can go cold turkey. Is it ok to smoke maybe once or twice a day while on the cleanse?

  • i was wondering about the water, right now i do not have a water filter (although i plan on ordering one) but i am starting the cleanse tomorrow so what water should i use.

  • I've got a filtered water built in my fridge will that help?

and also I've bought Iodized salt since I seen somewhere that its needed for the cleanse as a salt flush. Do i mix that with the cleanse drink?
