When it comes to taking aspirin, or any type of nutritional supplement on the master cleanse my thoughts are if you can, avoid it, but if it’s going to make the difference between finishing and not finishing the cleanse then go ahead and take it.

I am on an anti deppresant that i take at night before i go to bed. Is it safe to be on the master cleanse while on this kind of medication?

I am on day 3 of the cleanse and I have had the worst headaches. I am a heavy coffee and caffine consumer so I know why I am getting them. I work full time and go to school at night so there is no way that I could function with headaches all day. Day 3 has been the worst for headaches. I took two in the morning and just took 2 more at 2 pm. I hope I didn't ruin the cleanse by taking these?
The first three times I did the cleanse I had to take ibuprophin for a headache the second day, but now when I do the cleanse I dont get any headache. I love the light and nonheavy feeling of my intestines on the cleanse, so I do a mostly raw diet when I am finished with the cleanse. I do drink herbal tea, or non sodium broth, to give me some variety if I do a longer cleanse. I agree with the above comment to do anything that helps you to do the cleanse, but I wouldnt start out thinking of how you can change it . Try and follow the recipie just as it is given.
Hi,I want to do master cleans after dilivery but want to do breast feeding too,,,,please advise me how can i do master cleans during breast feeding and if i stop feeding for 10 days and after master cleans started again what do you think about it?
If any other sugession becouse i cant wait till one year,

i know this is tottaly of the subject nut i need to find the answer to this question..im usually regual when i get my period it usually comes every 21 day an im only 20 just to let you guys know.but will the master cleanse have any affect on my regular menstrula cycle?
