Master Cleanse Support

This is my first time trying the Master Cleanse. I am on Day 6 and I’m miserable. I have lost 7lbs (female/ height 5ft 3 in/ start weight 134, today 127) and my skin looks great but I feel like I’m dying inside. I have no energy and my vision feels distorted. I am craving a turkey sub. I was aiming for 10 days but I don’t know if I can make it. I never realized my close relationship with food. Pretty sure it was my best friend, and now it’s gone. I really need some support here! :(

Hello, If you already made it to day 6 you’ve come further then most people. Stay focused, I’m sure you can go the whole 10 days!

    I just found this blog! I am on the master cleanse now for day 2. So far doing pretty good. 1st day I was irritable after coming home from work. I’m sure today I will feel the same.

    Today is my first day of the cleanse… And I am already feeling dead… I am wondering to go for my routine walk.

    Today is my 2nd day, I started the cleanse Monday, and then tuesday forgot all of my “supplies” so I ate a small salad just so I wouldnt not be eating anything, and then today I am back on it…I have a headache, I am STARVING and I am so tired…Will this go away? i here people say follow the rules perfectly and u wont have any discomfort, I thought I was following them pretty good and I am miserable

    Dec. 5th 2011 first day on cleanse. Dranked the salt water flush and feels bloated. Had first glass of lemonade cadence wad a little strong will do less in next batch. Feels fine other than goin back and forth to the bathroom. Wish me luck.

    Hi, I have Lupus disease with bad skin condition and scacroiliatis. I have been hesitating to try this cleasing but worried that it will trigger a flare. I have not read any lupus patient trying out this cleasing but hope to find one which can share his or her experience. Actually i already have all the ingredients bought and waiting for the moment to start. Can I continue taking my prenidsolone (minimum dose 5mg) daily? Can I make 60oz lemonade daily serving keeping it at room temperature?
