Here’s a uplifting story shared by a reader I think those of you looking to do the Master Cleanse to look younger
My skin looked wonderful and my boyfriend I looked younger and that was only after 3 days.We bothdid the fast together and we broke bread on the 3rd nite. I want to go back on it, because I felt incredible! Working out was a struggle and I almost keeled over in African Dance Class but Yoga feels great.
