Answers To Some Lemonade Diet Questions

Here’s some more good questions I would like to answer about the lemonade diet.
I know lemons are very expensive, but I was told at the health food store that I can use the organic fresh squeezed lemon juice, is that correct?
I always use fresh lemons. Lemon juice can contain sugar and preservatives that you want to avoid when doing the cleanse.
I started my cleanse on Saturday, Oct 13, 2007, with the uniodized organic sea salt - took me straight to the bathroom - I felt good. The night before, I had a all vegetarian subway from subway w/ no veggi meat, only the the salad and two banana. I started the juicing on Sunday, Oct 14 an did very good - had a lot of enegery. I think the energy comes from the sea salt because whenever I use it, I feel real good inside. Ok, on the 4th day which was Wednesday, I failed, I had a little bit of soup with some pounded plantains - did not and could not finished _ I felt real guilty and as if I was going to throw-up. I did my salt water flush yesterday moorning to remove all the debree from what I ate. Again, on Thursday, Oct 14, I had some very light okra stew and small amount of cous-cous and felt very energetic. I told my friend, I could not take any of the food with me because I have to finish my cleanse. Now this will put through two extra days of cleansing.
Today, Friday, Oct 19, I felt like eating light veggies with bak fish, but I ran and grab my juice and started drinking it.
Question, are we suppose to do the sea salt every morning?
Yes, it’s best to do the sea salt every morning. If you find waste is not being eliminated you can also do a sea sale flush at night.
