Here’s another question about doing the lemonade diet:

Hi Mr Sterling I did the lemonade diet through the month of April successfully for 14 days. After that I ate small portions of food and still I drank the lemonade till April the 31st I maintain my weight until I started back eating against my regular paste. My question to you is did I do any damage to my health by not eating and drink so long. August 1st i started again I’ve lost 12 pounds this time but the problem is I’m hungry all the time so again I’m nibbling now I’m thinking about coming off but I really need to lose about 16 more pounds any suggestion please.

You’re right to be concerned about not eat for an extended period of time because it can be counter productive to your weight loss efforts. But keep in mind you’re not starving yourself on the lemonade diet because you are consuming calories. They are in liquid form, but calories are calories so you should be fine.

About the continued weight loss I suggest you follow the burn the fat feed the muscle program.
