Happy Good Friday to everyone. It’s Day 10 the final day of the Master Cleanse, and I just want to say how incredible it’s been being able to share in this experience with everyone who’s been following along on this blog.

When I started the Master Cleanse I said my goal was to break out of a Winter slump, and I have to say it’s been a success. When I wake up in the morning my mind is sharp and ready to go. My mood has definitely improved, and I feel good about life in general.

It really is incredible the amazing benefits you can reap by spending a few days on the Master Cleanse. The success stories that have been posted on this site during the last 10 days are truly awesome. Congratulations to everyone who made it this far, and good luck to everyone who’s going to stay on the cleanse a little longer.

If you had some trouble with the Master Cleanse this time around don’t be discouraged. It can be difficult, and going from whole foods to all liquids is not an easy thing to do. If you’re new to the Master Cleanse going 10 days can be a challenge. If you’re having a hard time try going just 1 day, and then work your way up from their.

Tomorrow will be my first day off the cleanse. I’ll still be on all liquids because my stomach is in no shape to handle whole foods, and to be honest I don’t even desire food. I plan on heading to the store to pick up some orange juice which I’ll dilute with water before I drink it. I’m also going to keep on taking the laxatives until I’m back on whole foods.

In the next few days I’ll be writing about what to do after you finish the Master Cleanse. When you finish the cleanse you’ll have momentum on your side. It’s important to keep moving forward with that positive energy, and not slip back into old habits.

If you have any specific questions about what to do after the cleanse you can post them here and I’ll get those answered.

These past couple days have been a blast for me, and I can’t believe it’s already the last day. Thanks to everyone who took the time to visit this site, I hope it was of some help to you.

- Raylen

Whew is all I can say! Finally day 10 and I am ready to get my body some solid nutrition. I am 10 to 12lbs lighter and really feel great. I, too, have somewhat lost my desire to eat but know that my body needs some fruits and veggies in it. I really believe the wheat grass shot has helped me along with some goodness and I will continue to order these up. My hair and skin look really healthy and my nails have grown dramatically strong. I will start in with some watered down juice tomorrow and may slide in a very soft scrambled egg. Also was thinking of pureeing up some veggie soup. If this is too drastic, please let me know. To all of you continuing on, stay strong and let your willpower override your desires. The mind is a lot stronger than the stomach. Congratulations to all my 10 day buddies…

I just finished day 5, I started a few days after the rest of you because of my birthday, day 1 I was hungry, day 2 I was Hungry and grumpy, days 3,4,and 5 everything seams to be going good just alittle hungry and a lot more mellow than days 1 and 2, no headaches, soreness or really anything else, lucky me. My daughter has a family of 4 and lives with me, food everywhere all the time so that has been the hard part for me, the thing that has kept me focused and motovated is the way I have been feeling the last few days (better each day) and of course the scale, I have lost 15 lbs. on only 5 days of the master cleanse, the first time I did the 10 day cleanse I lost a total of 20 lbs. This weekend is gooing to be tough for everyone but we can do it, the weight loss is what will get me through this weekend with easter and all. Have a good weekend and I will post again in a few days.

    Hello everyone-
Day for me today but I messed up – today has actually been the only day that I have felt hungry out of the entire week – I took a tiny bite of fish that my mother cooked, along with a green olive. What should I do now because basically I have messed up. My initial plan was to only go seven days today being my last day but then since I was doing so well, I bought more lemons to go the whole ten days and then this happens. Help!!

I’m getting ready for bed on my 10th day, and, apart from feeling tired, I’m feeling quite good. I’ve lost 6 pounds, my skin has cleared up (and more people commented on that today), and my hot flashes disappeared. Early on in the cleanse, my sense of smell became more acute. Just now, I smelled chlorine in my tap water for the first time! Guess it’s time to get a filter put on my kitchen faucet.

I went to Whole Foods tonight and bought some organic OJ and lots of wonderful organic vegetables for the vegetable soup I’m going to make tomorrow–my Eater treat to myself.

While I’m looking forward to solid food, I’m aware that I haven’t been hungry too many times on the cleanse, so I’m going to try and be more conscious about what and when I eat–and the quantity of my portions.

Congratulations to everyone “graduating” from the cleanse tomorrow–and to everyone who still has a few more days to go, be strong and hang in–it’s worth the wait!

So it’s been day 7 for Karry and I. We are determined to stay on the cleanse for 14 more days so anybody out there that prays to the Lord Jesus Christ, please pray for us to do well! As of today, I’ve lost 14lbs and Karry has lost 8lbs.
We both feel good, just tired. We have not had much of anything in eleminations.
Congrats to all that made it!

Congrats to all who completed their 10-day fast and best wishes to those who are still trying to reach their goals!

I will be fasting soon and I want to make things a bit easy on myself this time around by trying “Hoodia” to reduce my hunger pangs and craving for food. The problem is that I’m not sure which product on the market is the most effective and which name brand to purchase.

Raylen, since you were the one to introduce me to Hoodia can you please advise me on this purchasing decision? If anyone else has any recommendations then please let me know. Thanks!

    Tony

I am on my 4th day of the cleanse and so far have really only had one elimination a day and not one yet today. I have been taking laxative tea in the morning and psyllium husk 4 caplets in the evening. Yesterday i added 4 more psyllium husk at lunch time. Will i get better results going forward? I have a serious hard time with SWF…do you think this is the problem?

finished day 6, feeling alittle lazy all day today, maybe its because of the rapid weight loss the first 5 days of the cleanse, lost 15bs the first 5 days and still at 15 after 6 days, maybe if I try to slow the weight loss down a bit I will then have more energy, I drink eight 8 oz glasses of lemonaide a day but will up it alittle to see if I can get more energy, I also drink lots of bottled water with a few lemon wedges in each bottle. Have a good day.

Hello everyone, Day 10 for me am I ever glad. This time it was a little easier although hard at times. So please keep it up it is a good thing for the body. I might continue for a few more days. Camille please make sure to drink plenty of water with the psyllium. Ed you can add more of the syrup to your lemonade. Good night to all.

hello, I just began the cleanse this past Monday – today being my third day. Does this seem ok, I’ve reduced the Grade B to 1/2 cup per 50.7oz bottle of water, and I juice 3 lemons per bottle, so 6 daily- with cayenne of course. What else could I add to this…how about mint leaves or something… I tried “get regular” and @ 3am I was curled in a ball on my bathroom floor praying for the cramps to go away. I was harsh on me – i also felt like passing out. I bought uniodized sea salt and will try that tonight. Any suggestions…
By the way, where do you write from…
    Thanks
    Pieda

hello i will be starting the master cleanse on monday june 3rd. all ingredients are purchased the only thing is the preparation. the swf is a 32oz jug of lukewarm water using sea salt during the a.m. next herbal tea for comfort next the lemonade drink 6-8 10oz glasses throughout the day then spring h2o later and last 8oz glass of the smooth move laxavtive tea. ok i want to know if you can prepare a 64oz jug of the lemonade so you wont have to be bothered with single glass prep. if so then what would be the cayenne pepper, maple syrup and lemon juice measurements when preparing a 64oz jug of the master cleanse?

I’ve heard about the master cleanse and I’ve been thinking about it tremendously. For breakfast I had a cheeseburger my fiance made for dinner lastnight and I’m feeling sick to the stomach and guilty for scarfing it down. I’m going to buy the master cleanse ingredients today and hopefully I can begin this tonight. Wish me well. I’ll keep you all posted on how I do.

Other then that it’s has really been easy.
I’ve been preparing all meals for the family however, I did tell them if I got too tempted they were on their own:-)
