After reading my review of the aquasana water filter I got some questions about how hard is it to install? Now I’m no plumber and I was able to install my aquasan sink and shower filter in a few minutes. This video will walk you through installing the shower filter. I’ll see if I can dig up a video for the sink filter installation.

I started the master cleanse a couple of days ago, but I have been using Grade A Pure Maple Syrup instead of Grade B, is that okay? I’ve been having trouble finding Grade B in the City I live in. What is the difference? Should I continue on the cleanse with Grade A, or continue my search for Grade B?
