I just started the master cleanse today June 17, 2009. The taste is not all that great, I really needed to whole my breathe while I was drinking it. The only problem I have is with the Cheyenne pepper. It burn the back of my throat. Other then that I was talking about stopping it but I said I will keep going.

Hi there,
I am looking for substitutes for maple syrup because of all of the sugar in maple syrup. You never said what the small changes were to the MC recipe. Answer please, this is the closest I have found to an answer to my question.
