The statistic is alarming. Like all parents with a child who have just been diagnosed with ASD, it is a cause of concern why the government seems not to be doing anything. There seemed to be some kind of a coverup for this whole thimerosal, vaccine and antibiotics issue. My one child is not born with ASD, we just noticed the problem after my child was bombarded with antibiotics during one sickness he had and after the MMR vaccine. Why can't a massive research be conducted to settle the issue once and for all. It's an incidence of 1 in 150!!! It's already a disease in epidemic proportions but only families afflicted seemed to understand each other. We do not know where to seek help. Yes, autism is indeed on the rise.
