The SWF is most helpful during the morning time on an empty stomach. I have been doing it every other night b/c I HATE the taste of that stuff. My best advice is to do it at night so that you can have a peace of mind at work and school!!!! One laugh after taking that stuff would make you poop on yourself! Scary!
