A Quick Update

by Raylen on March 27, 2007

We’ve got a blockbuster turn out, and every ones comments have been real uplifting. I couldn’t think of a better way to say goodbye to Winter and Usher in the Spring.

I’m working on setting up the Master Cleanse journal online that I’ll be posting to throughout the entire 10 days on the master cleanse and the 3 days I’ll spend transitioning back to whole foods.

That should be up in a few hours and I’ll put a link up on this blog to let you know when it’s ready. This is the first time I’ve kept an online Master Cleanse journal, and I’m really looking forward to it.

In case you haven’t done the Master Cleanse before I posted the steps I’ll be following online. You can read them by visiting http://mastercleansesecrets.com/step1.php

Well, I better get back to setting up the online journal…

I have never done the master cleanse; however I would like to. I think I could start next tues. or wed. I too have trouble finding Grade B syrup, plenty of grade A. Also organice lemons. My sea salt does not say if it is iodized. I got it a an amish bulk food store. I can go back and ask. Looking forward to the “loss”!! Even if it is fecal matter, how much better I will feel. I know this is what I really need.

Today is the second day of my cleanse. I hope I can make it

day 4. I have periods of great energy and then fatigue. All in all though, I feel good. Hunger is trying to come back but I still feel I can make it. Noticed the carpal tunnel pain in my right wrist has disappeared. And I notice today a funny feeling in my head..like pressure releasing, hard to explain. Increasing water in between drinks to flush out toxicins.

day 5. im hating this now. super tired and fatigued. the drink is gettin on nerves and my tongue feels like the Sahara Desert, dry and rough. im thinking of stopping but i dont. my BM are hardly any and i feel “what is the use”.. trying to motative myself and think past the time remaining. very hard. probably go home and crash wake up and force a drink in.

I just joined the newsletter and my computer couldn’t pull up the guide is there any other way that I can get it?

started this cleanse yesterday with husband, he bailed. Today is day two and I feel OK. A little weak, tired, slight headache but not bad like my usual monthly migrains for the past 14 years. I need a support person! My family thinks I am “starving” myself. So not true. The salt thing is nasty. Looking at the other alternatives. Trying to stay motivated by visualizing the end results.
