I have to stop because I have acid reflux, The third days all my pain inmy elbow gone. and the 15 days I lost 20 pounds.Iam so happy and I keep going want to lost more 20 pounds. I was 160 pounds, now 140. I have to stop for a while because all my body hurt,I can't eat to much now,Iam so happy I want back to fasting nextweek, I been stop for 5 days. I been fasting use master cleanse for 23 days.
