The elegance of these blogging engines and CMS platforms is the lack of limitations and ease of manipulation that enables developers to put into action rich material and skin the web site in these a way that with quite small effort one particular would by no means notice what it is creating the web site tick all devoid of limiting material and effectiveness.

Hi it is my first time on here, I am so glad to see you all doing the Master Cleanse as well! I do it every 6 months (sometimes with smaller fasts in between) for the past 7 years. I started on 10 days and moved up to 14 days and now I am on day 2 and am hoping to conquer a personal 20 day goal. i love doing this fast, the affects are amazing, although I must admit a have done it a few times for vain reasons such as losing weight to look great for a trip. But I feel now like I know when I am ready, If feel sluggish and dull within a few hours of waking up which means my body needs to be recharged!! I have also learned to listen to my body, I tried fasting and on day 2 I knew something was going on, my body did not want me to do the fast, and sure enough I was pregnant (surprise) so always remember to pay attention, your body will tell you what it needs. There has also been a few times I was feeling especially weak so a made a 10 oz. cup of fresh carrot juice or fresh green juice and it took care of it. I know now it was because I wasn't getting enough vitamins before I started. So good luck to all of you and always keep in mind that on this fast you will have a lot of ups and downs, it is normal and it is the effects of your body getting rid of all the toxins you put into it, so stay strong it will pass and be sure to plan for a few hours extra sleep a night your body is doing a lot of work and needs the extra rest!!
