I think you can take the capsule- you will find it at a health food store. I have heard of a lot of people doing that. You have to make sure to take it though because the pepper is very important for the cleanse

Today is my first day on the cleanse. I really want this, but I am having trouble with the pepper that is added. Is taking it by capsule ok? If so…where can I find it? Thanks!!
