Late Christmas Present From Raylen
Dec 27th, 2006 by Raylen
Hello, I hope you all had a wonderful holiday. I just sat down to catch my breath from all the holiday fuss when I realized I forgot about all my newsletter subscribers.
So here’s a late Christmas present from me, and if Christmas is not part of your tradition then just think of it as a gift from a friend.
With 2007 closing in fast a lot of us are going to be making New Years resolutions. This will help you turn those resolutions into a reality. It’s helped me, and I hope it will do the same for you.
It’s a short story called the “Magic Story”. The original author has been lost to time, but the story was found and published in the year 1900.
I put the Magic Story online because I know a lot of us have goals we want to accomplish, and I think this story can give you some motivation.

I’m really looking forward to 2007. I always like to write out a list of things I want to accomplish, and my main goal this year is to publish a book about the Master Cleanse. I’ve actually cheated and already started writing it. It’s a more detailed version of the free guide I give away.
Publishing the Master Cleanse Secrets newsletter has been one of the most enjoyable things I’ve done in 2006, and I’m planning on making it even better in 2007. If you have anything you would like to learn more about you can post it in the comment section below.
I’m also going to take up Bikram yoga, which is like regular yoga but in a sauna. A few of my friends are already doing it and they like it a lot. Sweating is one of the best ways to cleanse your body and doing yoga in a sauna will really work up a sweat.
I’m still working on my list, but those are the main things for the coming year. What are some of your goals for 2007?

Hello Raylen, that’s so sweet of you to think of us over the holiday’s. I hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas.
I just finished reading the Magic Story and I wanted to thank you for sharing it with us. It’s so true that having a positive attitude can help you accomplish anything. I’m going to be sending all my friends a copy of the Magic Story because I think they will really like it as well.
I can’t believe how fast 2006 went. I’m hoping for my 2007 to be less stressful. I’ve been so busy with work and family this last year and I want to be better organized and more efficient for 2007.
After checking out that Bikram yoga you mentioned I may have to that a try as well, it sounds like fun
I wish you well, Cindy Yang
Thank you as well.
My goals for the new year are as follows:
More time with Family and Friends
A More concentrated effort on Spiritualiity
Deeper resolve to tackle my weight
Learn more about Investing
It’s a short list, but this is where I see I could use the most improvement.
Thanks for the newsletters. I look forward to them and they keep me motivated. 63lbs to go to reach my goal weight.
Thanks for the support
Shalonda

Thanks so much for the wonderful story.
Hope you had a great Christmas…I sure did.
I was planning on starting the cleanse Jan 1 but started midday yesterday. I am counting today as the first day though. Feeling good this morning…everthing moving along LOL!
I have been reading the blog and have a question?
In the event that I get a bladder infection or any sickness that requires antibiotics, is that ok to take…I guess you would have to right?
Thanks for all of your great newsletters and all of the info that make it possible for me to do this
Hello, thanks for all the wonder information you provide regarding the master cleanser. I’ve read alot of information on this cleansing, however yours is so easy to understand. I’m ready to start 01/01/2007, and I will certainly keep you posted. Are herbal vitamins ok to take while doing the cleansing? Please let me know. Be bless, and please continue to provide the knowledge and wisdom that has been given too you.
Thank you so very much for thinking about us! Take it easy and get some much needed rest. I wish you a safe and prosperous New Year!

You are very kind…. And as the story says… your talents/skills are meant for the world — for by sharing them - you too will profit.
My prayer for you is that you are blessed this coming year 10-fold as you have blessed me and others.
My personal goals are to become more organized; to lose 85lbs; and to prosper financially.

Hi Raylen,
Thanks for all the good work you’re doing with this site. I’ve done the master cleanse a few times before and it has always done well, except that I can never make it past day 4. I just started another one today and am shooting for 7 days at least. In addition to following the master cleanse, I have added intake of freshly squeezed veggie and fruit juice about twice a day, and am also taking the Hoodia Gordonii, to help with the hunger pangs. I know that you recommend the hoodia but what do you think about the juice intake? do you think it well help or hurt the cleansin process? Thanks.

This is day 2 for me. My 1st day was a breeze–no hunger pains, headaches or anything, and I actually enjoyed the drink. However, I drank a gallon of lemonade and did not go to the bathroom one time. Is this normal?
I would like to know if you can do the Master Cleanse if you’re diabetic?
I have just received the magic story. I have read through it but will read and reread it. Though some of the admonitions are familiar I am glad I’ve received more. They are quite inspirational. I have to share them with friends and family.
I have not started the cleanse yet. I am eager to, but I am having difficulties laying hands on Grade B Organic Maple syrup. Would any other syrup do the job efficiently? Let me know sooner. Thanks for your devotion and concerted efforts to enlighten us.
