My teeth had began to shift before I started the cleanse but after I began the cleanse my teeth actually began to go back in the proper order that they had orginally started. Also the last time I did the cleanse, I do it twice a year. My stomache shrunked for the very first time and since then I began to lose weight. I love it!!!
