		<description>Since I&#039;ve started the MC, I&#039;ve slept COMPLETELY through the night. I never realized how much I toss and turn during the night. I don&#039;t wake up groggy or hitting the snooze multiple times like before. It&#039;s like as soon as I open my eyes, I am ready to hop out of bed and get going. I&#039;ve  never had so much energy! Yet another positive benefit, not to mention the weight loss.  I wasn&#039;t going into the MC for weight loss but for the health benefits so I didn&#039;t even bother to weigh myself. I do regret not weighing myself in the beginning. I highly recommend it. It&#039;s so nice to see when I sit down all I see are boobs and no protruding belly! I can actually see my lap again. Haven&#039;t seen her in a long while! I just keep thinking about the good I&#039;m doing for my heart and organs and let&#039;s talk about self-esteem!</description>

		<description>Funny thing is on Day 5 my sister was telling me about what she had cooked for breakfast, bought for lunch, and cooked for dinner. Having food on my mind, I sat down and made a list of things I&#039;d like to eat when I get off the MC. After I finished my list, of about 15-20 dishes/meals I started laughing. Who is this person? Everything I listed was completely healthy. Cucumber salad, whole wheat flatbread with oven-roasted tomatoes and basil, spinach salad with feta and dried cranberries. I astonished myself. I went out on Day 7 and bought several healthy cooking cookbooks and 2 Vegetarian ones. I have absolutely no cravings for red meat anymore. I read in another blog how your body cleanses itself of these unhealthy food addictions and makes us crave the good stuff, nuts, fruits, vegetables, berries. I guess I&#039;m at that stage. I&#039;m spreading the word on the MC to friends/co-workers and so far 4 have joined. Haven&#039;t checked in on them yet but I told them to read up on what you may feel during the MC so as not to get discouraged and quit. It&#039;s VERY MUCH WORTH IT.</description>

		<description>Today is my 8th day. First time MCer. The first 2 days were a little rough - headaches all day long. But by the evening of 2nd day it subsided and as it did my right ear felt like the inside ear wax was about to come out! Weird. It didn&#039;t but it sure felt that way. The first day I craved a greasy slice of pepperoni pizza. But I just imagined a big green leafy salad in front of me and asked myself &quot;Still hungry?&quot; Nope! So it was a craving and not really hunger. Went to a ballgame on day 6 and being the cheese-lover that I am, I was very surprised to see that the cheese soaked nachos that were being eaten around me didn&#039;t phase me one bit. I did start to think about all the unhealthy, sugar-loaded food we put in our bodies. It&#039;s funny to see there was this one young kid with a very large portion of ice cream in a big mug-like container and he finished all of it. I kept thinking, wow, our stomachs aren&#039;t THAT big! I can&#039;t believe how much food we consume just because it&#039;s in front of us, not because we&#039;re really hungry but because it&#039;s just there.</description>

		<description>Help I started the MC and am just finishing day 7. I am following it to the &quot;T&quot; and have lost 8 lbs but get this I have NOT had a bowel movement. ( sorry for being graphic). I noticed some people say they use psyllium. Can we really do this? I am really concerned now that I realize I am only eliminating water. Again apologies for graphic language, but I am now confused.
