Hey Confuseeeed! I'm on day 7 as well and to be honest, everyday has been a challenge. I can't reall gauge which day was the worst because I felt the same for all of them. I feel great in the am but as soon as the time gets closer to 1 pm the hunger/cravings kick in and it's a battle uphill for the rest of the day. The only advise I can give Confuseeeeed is to look forward to morning or what time during the day you feel your best. That's the only thing keeping me going. I take it a phase at a time since my days are so hard to get through... and just think, you made it this far so let's try not to make the last 7 days be invain... but to be honest, i don't know how long i can hang on myself..... What a challenge!

I just got home from work. It's the end of my day 7. I'm absolutely starving. I had a lemon mix drink and its not helping. My boyfriend and I did the cleanse together, but we were planning on doing 10 days. We just don't know if we want to continue. I kinda feel like I'm losing my mind. On days 5 and 6 I felt very clear and motivated but, today, not so much. It was very, very hard to work today. Does the cleanse still work if you stop after 7 days? Why do I need to get to 10 days? Help me please! I'm about to eat and I don't know if I should!

Day 7 of the cleanse! I tried this last Nov and only made it three days - mainly because my mind thought up all these excuses for my lack of self-discipline. I'm definitely craving crunchy things in my mouth and dreaming about the soup (day 2 post cleanse), but I'm also doing really well. I have TONS of energy. I've been working out each day, my body is already looking slimmer - I've lost 5.5 pounds and my belly. I also really love the idea of cravings vs hunger and the mini test of replacing my craving target (let's say pizza) with a green salad and seeing if I still want to eat. What I really want from the cleanse, and what I think is happening, is a reformatting of how I view food, energy and what I need to put (vs what I think I should put) into my body. YAY to three more days!

I am on day 6 and loving it. It has been a year and a 1/2 since my last master cleanse and this time is so much easier. Having completed one before helps, I know for sure that I can do it. The first day was the hardest for sure. On day 4 it became routine. I love how inexpensive it is and that the prep time is minimal. I don't and won't ever weigh myself again, but I can see and feel the weight loss. Especially in my face and hips. For now I am taking it one day at a time but I would like to go for 14 days or until my tongue is not longer white but pink. I feel so good.
