		<description>Hi. I'm on day one of the Master Cleanse. I tried it once before about six months ago, while in school. I got to Day 4 before deciding that it wasn't a good time to be running on fewer calories. 

As for the fruit fast, I've never contentiously gone on one before, but there have been periods where I ate on fruit, vegetables, and nuts. I've been a vegetarian for three years now, but I had never felt so good! Not only that, but my nails grew really fast and were very strong! My skin was hydrated. And I swear to you, my teeth actually got whiter!
Those are pretty good indicators that your (or atleast my own) body thrives off of eating that way!
Amazing! I'm determined to do the full ten days this time! Wish me luck!</description>

		<description>I started on the lemon master cleanse and turned to the fruit cleanse--but I don't find so much listed about it. I wanted to know if black coffee (I guess as a bean that would be a no)--but also, red wine is possible since it is mainly fermented grapes? I live in France and have many artists parties I attend frequently--if the wine is included in the diet I could do this easily and keep my social habits--please inform...</description>
