I'm at day 6 with my master cleanse, but I find that I am not producing daily bowl movements and very little urination, with no big desire to drink a lot of water, but I have been losing weight, feeling light and energetic. Also hungry. So, is the sea salt good to use in order to help me with the bowel movement? A respond is needed. Thanks.

Hi Bridgette. Did you use regular table salt? If so, that's the problem. You have to use NON iodized salt. Sea salt is the best. It will have the same effect as if you had been swimming in the ocean and swallowed a bunch of the water. I know because I did this often in my teens and early twenties when I spent nearly every day at the beach :-) Good luck to you.

I tried the salt water flush yesterday and nothing happend. . I added 2 teaspoons of salt to 1 quart of warm water and just sat around waiting. I'm sure all the salt got absorbed into my system. what is the meaning of this!!?
