ive tried the cleanse about twelve times, and ive gotten to about 3 days, but each time i end up giving up because my hunger takes over me. and at the same time, i do not use the syrup, because its hard to find. is this bad? and i also wanted to know if you gain the weight back after the cleanse.

I’m planning on doing the master cleanse, but i’m still doing my research. Since it’s my first time I’m planning on doing the cleanse for about 3 or 4 days, but how long should i wait before i do my next cleanse?

I’ve been reading that Blackstrap mollasses can be used in place of the maple syrup “b”, is it replaced amount for amount in the receipe? or is the amount need to be adjusted?

In regards to where you can buy Grade B Maple Syrup, you can google the question or go to Trader Joes. For a 32 oz container, it cost $11.99. I do the cleanse every six months and it’s great. I retain alot of water so all that water wait comes off within the first couple of days.

i really want to start the master cleanse but since you have not explained i need to ask.i am not supposed to eat anything throughout the 10 days or what.please answer me
