I completed my first cleanse last week and was quite pleased with the results. in fact, my husband was so impressed, he’s now on it.
As for the maple syrup, the Canadian equivalent to Grade B is the No.1 Medium. We bought ours at Superstore.

I have read thro all of these questions and answers..but yet to have my own question answered…
i can only find 100%maple syrup…is that good enough?..please help if you have done this before with the 100% syrup as i bought everything else and would like to start my cleanse in the morning;)

Hey guys. What is the ENTIRE recipe and way of using ALL ingredients for 14 days??? I would love to try this. I sounds like a great way to detox the body. I’m 22 yrs old, 5′4″, and 140 lbs. I’m a medium build and when I was 120 looked healthy as can be. I’d like to get back to that. I walk 3 miles a day 5 days a week. So anyone that can help please e-mail me at EmilyD19@yahoo.com.
