Today someone wrote in asking why they’re not eliminating as much waste as they thought they would on the master cleanse…
Raylen I have written several times on this site for your help, as it said to do in your book, and it has been 3 days with no answer. I bought your book and spent a lot of money on supplys for this cleanse. Please someone tell me what to do. I am on day 4 and I am barely purging anything. I am taking 2 doses at the time of the sea salt flush. Is there anything I can do?

I have a feeling you’ve been visiting some other cleansing websites that claim their product will make you purge mountains of waste from your body. More often then not the majority of your bowel movements will be mostly liquid, but this doesn’t mean the cleanse is not working, it just means your body isn’t clogged up with 30-40 pounds of putrid waste.
Here’s some more tips on eliminating waste on the master cleanse that you might find helpful.

Hi there Mr. Sterling. I have been doing the master cleanse for many years now at least a 3 times a year. I love and really look forward. I have a good system down and try to improve on what i am doing each time i fast.
I just want to purchase your book only. I dislike being lassied into products that i am really not interested. So can i just purchase the book and the book only.

The Mc is not 4 weight lose, it is a detox, there R so many other ways 2 obtain Ur normal weight, by cutting back on calorie intake.
When most people use the MC 2 lose weight U will gain it back, no I am not over weight, I MC 4 times a year when the season starts, new season new me.
