Actually, this is the second time I’ve done the 10-Day Master Cleanse. The first time was January 2 thru January 11, 2009 (three years, seven months and eighteen days ago :-)) It was successful, felt great, energized, alert and lost 6lbs. I remember that positive things starting happening for me and of course I attribute them to the success of my sacrifice for better health. Well, I am again now on my 9th day of the cleanse that I started on Monday, August 20, 2012. I look forward to the success of completing it and also look forward to the rewards that are mine. This time I wrote down some accomplishments and things that I want to achieve at the end. Also, I’ve decided to not wait so long between cleanses by doing a mini cleanse of 3 days every 45-60 days. I love it! I have three loved ones I’ve shared this health-building transformation with and are willing to do it.
