The MC is to help you detox your body. I have had major surgery and ended up with a blood clot and was on blood thinners. This has left me sluggish and feeling like crap so the goal with the MC is to rid the body of the things that it no longer needs. Ideally we would all love to stop taking medications, but we are on the for a reason so keep taking them and talk to your doctor and if all else fails try the MC and contiune with your meds and then get everything checked when you complete the MC and who knows you may not need the meds after your body is brought back to its natural healthy self. My Uncle who grew up making maple syrup and then proceeded to market it out of Burlington, VT for fifty years plus. He said when I asked about formaldehyde they used to tap the trees with it but it was outlawed and they have new devices to tap the trees now so that said couldn't we use the regular grade B maple?
