I've been taking only 4 plus another laxitive when it calls for me to take a laxitive twice a day. How much should I be taking to benefit from the fiber? I haven't noticed any bowel movements like I did with the laxitive tea and sea salt flush. Also... I've only lost about 2 lbs. so far, will I lose more?
