I wanted to see if someone could get back with me on what is supposed to be eaten during the cleansing process.
Hi Raylen,
I am on my 6th day of the cleanse and I have not eliminated yet at all, and that is one of the reasons why I was doing the MC because I have a severe problem with constipation, and I know for a fact that there is a build up of waste that I need to get rid of.
I will say that I am now past the stages of being hungry and feel a little better, but I know I would feel a lot better if I could get rid of this waste.
I follow the sea salt flush and switch to the tea sometimes, but still does not help
any suggestions?

Can I take my methadone while doing this cleanse. It has helped keep me sober for two years and I am not ready to give it up. Please someone help me,!!!
