I wanted to know if im doing something wrong. I drink the sea salt every morning, 1 quart and a little more sea salt than suggested. Also, do i take the tea every single night or how many times? I'm aware that i cannot eat anything while on the cleanse but i just have to eat something! At least vegetables? I want to eliminate everything from inside but also loose some pounds.
