I am interested in doing the cleanse. But I take blood pressure medication and a water pill. How will this affect the process? Do I still take my medication?

Just wondering if you can exercise while on the MC? I see lots of others have asked this, so sorry for making you answer it again. I do a 20 minute kettle bell workout three times a week and the 40 minute Insanity workout twice a week. Other than that my job is pretty sedentary so I don’t get much exercise beside my workout.

Is there a commonly asked questions section? If not there should be so we do not all ask you the same questions you have to answer over and over again.

Thanks so much for your information about the MC. I’ll be starting it as soon as I’m done with my prescription.

I would like to know if I should always be close to a toilet? Will I be going to the bathroom a lot? I am prone to headaches so IF I do get one, can I take something for it?
