I am a heavy coffee and caffine consumer so I know why I am getting them. I work full time and go to school at night so there is no way that I could function with headaches all day. Day 3 has been the worst for headaches. I took two in the morning and just took 2 more at 2 pm. I hope I didn't ruin the cleanse by taking these? I agree with the above comment to do anything that helps you to do the cleanse, but I wouldnt start out thinking of how you can change it . Try and follow the recipie just as it is given.
