Hi! I love the master cleanse and take if about four times a year. I was wondering about the effect of the lemonade on my teeth enamel. I use a straw to minimize the acid on my teeth, but is there anything else I can do for acid wear. How effective is rinsing my mouth with water immediately after drinking the lemonade? Please let me know if you have any information about this… Thanks!!!

Good evening I started the master cleanse on Sunday I just dived in so far no problem I had myself hype up so I tell myself allday I will get through the master cleanse come hell or high water no matter what,the salt hoh was worst than any day today I keep telling myself I have 4 more days and I can do it I have followed the program as directed but I am not getting that deep cleasing is this normal I know I have some more days to go I have not cheated I can look at food on tv it dosen”t bother at all that is because I”m determined to get through this cleanse.

I am on day 8 of the cleanse, which I’ve followed without wavering, including the salt water a.m., psyllium husk p.m. laxatives. I have had very little bowel movement since the first day. Does that mean I was already pretty clean? I do eat quite healthy.

I am on my 5th day! i have lots of energy! no bad side effects, sea salt water flush going ok, i am planning to do 14 days in total, but i didnt loose weight so far at least no more than a pound…… should i need to use less maple syrup? 2 days no eating at all! but lots of water……

Hi i am trying to start this cleanse very soon but i am wanting to know what if the maple syrup you get say its 100% pure but its not grade B The syrup i have is SpringTree and it says 100% pure all natural and its Dark Amber but its grade A….is this ok or not please HELP ME!!!
