I know longer take insulin ,i only take a 500mg per day if my sugar goes up.it werea kind hard the first three days . but thank god i did not give up .ok by the way i use to weigh 237 i loose 15 lbs,and i cannot wait to take it back in december .now i feel better am a type 2 diabetic,so am hoping to loose at list 20lbs in december.i eat less than before .i dont regret taking the master cleanse .by next year am hoping to weigh at liat 150 lbs.so i encourage people with health problem to try it thank god for the master cleanse .its about a month ago i did the master cleanse, and i dont care what people have to say .i know fore sure it work for me . I have been fumbling around different master cleanse sites and i found one that said "you must use Grade A maple syrup or you will not get results".
