About Me

My name is Raylen Sterling. I started publishing the master cleanse secrets newsletter because I’ve gained so much (physically and mentally) from going on the master cleanse that I wanted to share it with others.

My husband will not let me use the card to purchse the materials I need, we have been victimized before and we do not want to take the chance again, is there a place that we can go to and purchase your books? Like Barnes and Noble or an Organic store, market, etc.

I am thinking about the cleanse as a way to jump start a diet.

Unfortunately, your web site has so many spelling errors it has lost all credibility in my mind. Peek= to take a quick look Peak= the summit for example. You used peek, it should have been peAk.

Lots of sites, so the search continues.

I am on the fifth day. I was a big coffee drinker so I have had some nasty headaches, usually starting in the afternoon. I don’t feel that great yet. But determined to stick with it. I do seem a little weak.
What I do is drink 20 oz of the drink three times a day like breakfast time, lunch, dinner etc and then just drink water constantly between. I don’t alternate between water and lemonade drink. Is this a problem? Just waiting for that first day to feel good.

I find the questions interesting…as I have done the MC for 27 days so far, I wonder why there are NO RESPONSES to any of the questions.

Hi Raylen

I have been reading about the Master Cleanse Secrets and decided that this is something that I would like to try. I have just placed an order to receive what I thought would be the Master Cleanse Secrets book and 3 other similar publications. After submitting my payment I find that these were in fact e-books that I have attempted to download but am unable to open or in fact read. I am very disappointed and unimpressed with this situation. Had I known that they were only ebooks I would never have made such a purchase and now that I am unable to read the books and cannot even open them I am even more unimpressed. I would like to know how this situation can be rectified.

Regards, Leanne

I have enjoyed reading all of your reports. I am on day 5 of the MC and am feeling fine. I have not experienced the type of bowel movements explained in your articles and wonder if it’s because I’ve been a vegetarian for close to 20 years. The biggest surprise for me on the MC is that I haven’t been hungry, felt tired or grouchy.

Hi Everyone
I have been researching the MC diet and I am very excited about starting it………..I will let you all know how it goes!!!!
any advice for beginners that have not already been noted?

michele July 12, 2010 at 9:34 am

I have high blood and is a diabetic, so is the diet ok for me

Debora July 29, 2010 at 9:13 pm

Isn’t anyone concerned about the advice given to “drink your body weight in ounces of water?” I suspect that many people are of a weight that if they drank that much water in a day they’d DIE of HYPONATREMIA. Raylen, haven’t you heard of all the people that have died from drinking too much water? Shouldn’t you be concerned you may be held liable for giving such irresponsible advice? You really should read about the wrongful death suits that have been won in such cases.

I am on my 10th day of the master cleanse and have read Orange juice and water for the first day after the cleanse. I am AB blood type and orange juice is on my avoid list ~ Is there another juice that might help me make this transition?

Hi,
I just downloaded the manual and I have a few questions:

1. I live in Thailand and lemons are extremely expensive, but we have lots of locally grown limes. Could they be substituted?
2. Can the lemonade be drunk cold from the refrigerator or should it be room temperature? I also saw some people drink it warm?
3. I have a lot of weight to lose – about 120 lbs. Are you familiar with the HCG diet? By consumption of a female hormone produced during childbirth in combination with a 500 calorie daily diet, rapid weight loss is reported. A benefit of taking the HCG drops is that one has absolutely no hunger. Do you think this could be combined with the lemonade diet?
Thanks,
Win in Bangkok

Sorry – forgot one question – I normally take a pill daily to control high blood pressure. Can I continue with it or will it have an effect on the diet?
Thanks

I have read two pages of comments and there are no responses by you. It would help people to know the answers to the questions people post. Are you really there to help people?! Some people seem upset and angry? Very curious!!

As Donna said in the previous comment, I am also on my 5th day and haven’t had any bowel movement for the last 2-3 days. I am taking 2 x phsylium capsules a day and drinking the laxative tea you recommended once a day. Should i up my dose?
Everything else is working as it should and i feel great and look great! :)
